PRT Reach Foundation

Building What Comes Next.

The PRT Reach Foundation is the nonprofit arm of The Presidents’ RoundTable — dedicated to advancing economic mobility for minority entrepreneurs and students across the Baltimore–Washington region. Where PRT convenes established leaders, PRT Reach invests in those who are still building their path.
About PRT Reach

From aspiration to access.

Through scholarships, mentorship, and evidence-based programming, PRT Reach bridges the gap between aspiration and access — ensuring that the next generation of Black business leaders has what they need to compete, succeed, and build generational wealth.

About PRT Reach

The PRT Reach Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Reach Lab

Entrepreneurship Readiness Program

Reach Lab is PRT Reach Foundation’s flagship cohort program, designed to prepare HBCU students and early-stage minority entrepreneurs for long-term economic participation. Participants receive one-on-one executive mentorship from PRT members, financial readiness training, access to capital partners, and a structured pathway from readiness to business launch.

RISE Girls Retreat

Resilience · Identity · Skills · Empowerment

A one-day summer retreat for girls ages 10 to 17 in Baltimore City, designed to fill a critical gap in structured programming during the transition between summer break and the first day of school. Through leadership development, financial literacy, identity and heritage exploration, and mentorship, RISE gives girls the tools and confidence they need to enter the school year strong.
