Jennifer Wicks leads The Presidents’ RoundTable and the PRT Reach Foundation as Executive Director, overseeing strategy, partnerships, fundraising, and programming. A seasoned operator at the intersection of real estate development, nonprofit leadership, and community economic development, she is also the founder and Principal of Aventurine Developers and holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration. Jennifer is deeply rooted in Baltimore, where her work consistently bridges business, community, and civic leadership.

Membership is by invitation. Candidates lead established African American–owned enterprises, demonstrate exceptional character and business judgment, and commit to active service alongside their peers.

President, CEO, or principal owner of an established, profitable enterprise

Demonstrated leadership in business and civic communities

Headquartered or substantially operating in the Baltimore–Washington region

Endorsement by current PRT members and unanimous board approval

Commitment to active participation, mentorship, and shared advocacy
