African-American CEO Group Inducts Three New Members

The Presidents' RoundTable, Inc. (PRT), a 28-year old Maryland-based membership organization of African-American CEOs and Presidents, recently inducted three new members:
Andre J. Downey: President and CEO, EEC, Incorporated; (EEC) is a Construction and Environmental Clean Up firm that employs more than100 people. Founded in 1993, EEC self performs several trades including carpentry, HAZMAT, demolition and electrical.
Jeffrey L. Hargrave: President, Mahogany, Inc.; a general contracting, architectural millwork and interior construction company was founded in 1991 and employs more than75 employees.
James Scott, Jr., CPA: President, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner, Penan & Scott, P.C.; a full service certified public accounting and consulting firm that provides services and support to corporate and non-profit entities in widely diverse industries.
"As highly accomplished entrepreneurs, our newest members are a welcomed addition to our stellar group. We look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship as we all move forward with the fulfillment of our initiatives and programs", said Maria Beckett PRT's elected President.
PRT members are CEOs from a cross-section of various industries that see the value of working and sharing synergistically to create wealth in their enterprises, their communities, and the nation. This self-sustaining organization fills an important void for the community and its members by advocating for access to opportunities for all minority entrepreneurs, providing peer support to members, and giving back to the community.
The Presidents' RoundTable is a results-driven organization of historically African American businesses. The individual members contribute to and serve on more than 30 community and corporate boards in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. The group is committed to the economic growth of the region and its communities.
