Principal, The Yalcin Group
As a Baltimorean, Keyia Yalcin has taken an interest in the redevelopment of Baltimore with her first project out of Georgetown University being a forty-unit development in West Baltimore. As Principal of The Yalcin Group, Ms. Yalcin leverages her expertise and industry relationships to identify value – add opportunities in areas with solid fundamentals. Currently, Ms. Yalcin sits on the board of Strong City Baltimore and African American Real Estate Professionals DC Chapter. She is also an active member of Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) Baltimore. Ms. Yalcin received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Howard University and received her Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
